New Branches & Brand Alignment
Several new Klinik Utama branches were successfully opened in strategic areas such as TTDI, Putra Heights, and Seksyen 20 Shah Alam. At the same time, a unified branding initiative was introduced across all branches to ensure consistency in professional image and identity.
Expansion of Antenatal & 5D Ultrasound Services
With growing demand for maternity care, more 5D ultrasound machines were installed and dedicated weekly sonography slots were introduced. Female doctors were added to the roster to provide expecting mothers with preferred options.
Consistent Staff Training Initiatives
In-house training sessions and workshops were conducted regularly to enhance service quality, clinical management, and health product knowledge. This included modules on effective communication and emergency handling.
Centralized Appointment & Record Management
A more structured appointment system was rolled out, enabling patients to book via the website and automatically route to the selected clinic. This streamlined scheduling for doctors and improved overall patient flow.

Started with 2 clinics in Selangor
Our journey began with the establishment of two Klinik Utama branches strategically located in Selangor. These clinics aimed to provide 24-hour accessible healthcare services to surrounding communities.

Expanding to East Coast and Northern Regions
Klinik Utama extended its presence by launching new branches in Beserah and Raub, bringing accessible, 24-hour medical care to more communities in Pahang.
Integrated Feedback & Review Collection
A new system encouraged patients to provide feedback and leave Google reviews via WhatsApp, leading to improved service delivery and stronger online presence.
Panel Clinic Network Strengthened
Throughout 2025, Klinik Utama secured more collaborations with corporate companies and insurance panels, becoming the go-to choice for employee medical needs and routine check-ups.
Community Health Engagement
Various health awareness campaigns and educational outreach efforts were conducted in collaboration with local schools, mosques, and community groups—focusing on preventive care and early detection.

Driven by a vision to expand our reach and serve more communities, we began exploring opportunities for strategic growth. Plans were initiated to acquire and operate a total of 10 clinics under a unified healthcare brand.
Rantau Panjang, Klang: Growth from 80 to 200 Patients Daily
Our Rantau Panjang branch in Klang experienced significant growth, with daily patient visits increasing from 80 to over 200. This surge reflected rising community trust, enhanced service offerings, and our commitment to efficient, patient-centered care.
Started Receiving Appointments as a Panel Clinic for Corporate Clients
Klinik Utama began securing partnerships with various companies, becoming a trusted panel clinic for their staff healthcare needs. This milestone expanded our reach and positioned us as a preferred provider in occupational health and corporate medical services.
More Clinics Established in Kuala Lumpur, Pahang & Negeri Sembilan
As part of our strategic expansion plan, Klinik Utama successfully launched new branches across key regions — including the bustling city of Kuala Lumpur, and extending our services into Pahang and Negeri Sembilan. This marked a major step in our vision to become a nationally recognised healthcare provider.

Our journey began with a few clinics in Selangor, and today, with more than 50 clinics spanning multiple states, we’ve grown into a healthcare network committed to providing the highest quality care.
